How is my exercise customized?
We start from a carefully written, human-reviewed base template for your chosen scenario. AI then tailors the language — the executive overview, briefing, injects, and role descriptions — to your organization type, size, and any context you provide. The AI never invents the exercise structure from scratch, and every response is validated before use.
What information do I need to provide?
Just your organization type, size, chosen scenario, participating roles, duration, and difficulty. There's one optional free-text field for extra context — please don't include real secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data there.
How long does it take to get my package?
Generation typically takes under a minute after payment. You'll see live progress on the success page and receive an email with your private download link.
What file formats do I get?
A professionally formatted PDF and an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) file for every exercise.
What's the difference between the single exercise and the bundle?
The $39 option gives you one customized exercise. The $69 bundle gives you five — you configure the first at purchase and can configure the remaining four at your own pace from your private download page, at no extra cost.
How long is my download link valid?
Download links expire 7 days after they're issued for security. Contact us if you need help after that.
What if generation fails?
Your payment is never charged again. Our system automatically retries a failed generation. If it continues to fail, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
See our refund policy for details — in short, if generation fails and can't be fixed, or the package is clearly unusable, you're covered.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
