Generation failures
Because you preview a free outline before purchasing, and generation is automatic, we don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind after your package has been successfully delivered. However, if generation fails repeatedly and we cannot deliver a working package for an exercise you've paid for, you are entitled to a full refund for that exercise. You are never charged again for a retry — retries are always free.
Clearly defective packages
If your delivered package is clearly broken (e.g. a corrupted file, missing required sections listed on our pricing page) and we can't fix it promptly, we'll refund that exercise.
Bundle purchases
For the five-exercise bundle, refunds are evaluated per configured exercise. If you've only used part of your bundle and want to discuss a partial refund for unused exercises, contact us.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
